Annette Bacon is a Life, Business and Leadership Coach, Inspirational Speaker and Consultant. She founded Transformational Minds Life Coaching in 2021.
Through Transforming Minds Life Coaching Annette inspires leaders and aspiring leaders to create a positive and inclusive work culture, with high performing and engaged teams that thrive in an environment of creativity, innovation and excellence through life and leadership coaching.

Annette works with individuals where she inspires people to live their fullest potential, create a life of purpose and abundance through transformational coaching, changing mindsets, increasing emotional intelligence and building self-esteem, self-worth and self-confidence.

 

She works with women in leadership, particularly those who are already in leadership roles, and those aspiring to become leaders. Annette has her own authentic leadership style; her passion is contagious and she is known for her influential skills and conflict resolution abilities.

Her mission is to "Achieve the Extraordinary"; supporting her clients to transition from ordinary world to extraordinary.

Annette is passionately driven to bring excellence in leadership coaching that brings cultural transformation to businesses and their leadership teams.
She is committed to develop the social and emotional intelligence of people to live their best life, have fulfilling relationships and model empathy towards others.

Drawing on a range of psychological disciplines and research-based strategies and techniques including Positive Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral Psychology, Adult Development Theory, neuroscience and neuropsychology??? Adult Learning Theories.

Her approach ensures that clients can trust that the strategies and tools used are evidence-based, and used in very practical ways, every day by highly successful people and leaders.

As well as her extensive experience in various levels of leadership, Annette has worked in roles in Senior Management, Middle Management and Team leadership.

Industries where her skills and expertise have been developed include Private and Not-for-Profit, Education, Training and Community Services.

In 2023, Annette is launching her Women Leaders Mastermind - “Inspire Your World” Its focus will be about providing a space to connect, inspire and be inspired by each other, bring positive change to workplace cultures, strategies to overcome leadership challenges, techniques to develop self-leadership, have a network of peers who are supportive and relational.
